At JC’s School of Music, we value your commitment to learning and respect your time. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all lessons, programs, and services.
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Required: Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed lessons without notice, will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.
- Rescheduling: With proper notice, lessons may be rescheduled within the same month, based on availability.
2. Refunds for Lessons & Packages
- Single Lessons: Payments for single lessons are non-refundable once scheduled.
- Lesson Packages / Monthly Plans: Payments for multi-lesson packages or monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once lessons have begun.
- Unused Lessons: If lessons are prepaid and not started, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
3. Missed Lessons by Instructor
- If JC’s School of Music cancels a lesson for any reason, students will receive a make-up lesson at no extra cost, or a full refund for that session.
4. Group Classes, Workshops, and Events
- Cancellations: Group classes, workshops, and special events are non-refundable once purchased.
- Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior notice.
5. Digital Products & Online Courses
- Purchases of digital products (e.g., eBooks, workbooks, online courses) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Policy Agreement
By enrolling in lessons, purchasing packages, or attending events, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
